I have been training majority of my life whether it was through gym training or sports. Fitness has led me to maintain high levels of health and help me to go through stress of the daily life.

Experience of working with large variety of people over the years helped me to understand that each of us has individual needs and barriers.

My coaching is not just a gym session. Is a process that you sign up for. We will touch on each aspect of training, daily lifestyle, and diet to effectively bring you the results you have been waiting for so long.

I’ve been training with Piotr for over a year now and would definitely recommend working with him. Over this time, I’ve been able to do my first ever chin up, improve my squat form massively, grow my mobility and - most importantly - build up my confidence in the gym. As a woman walking into an environment like the weights section can feel very intimidating, and Piotr’s patience and motivation has helped a lot with that.

Piotr is really good at changing things based on your new goals and weaknesses. I also really appreciate how he prioritises form quality over quantity or ego. He’s great fun to work with, and really strong at what he does! Definitely recommended.

Would definitely recommend working with Piotr on your fitness journey. Everything he does is bespoke and tailored to your needs. I told him my goal was to feel strong and he put me on a clear plan - including doing my first ever chin up. 9 months later, I achieved it!

It’s not just strength that he’s helped with, he’s teaching me so much about rest and fuelling your body, too. The whole package.

Oh and not to mention, we actually have fun in our sessions too, and for me that’s super important to keeping motivated.
