My Experience
With so much fitness information online, it can be daunting to know what’s best for you and your body. Well a few years ago, I followed one of these YouTube videos with bad form and technique so I ended up with a slipped disc L4 L5 disc bulge. Following a holistic mind muscle connection as well as changing my diet I was able to get back to good health.

I specialise in a holistic training of mind-muscle-connection on how to engage the muscle through movement and functionality. Understanding of how to engage the muscles by incorporating the right form and technique is the longevity of fitness.
With a proven track record, fat loss, lower back pain and injury rehabilitation. I work with all ages and I am dedicated to help you achieve your fitness goal and improve your overall well-being.

I’ve had a great experience with Quincy! I started working with him because I had terrible form on the deadlift. I’m now lifting twice as much with good form. And he’s helped me more generally get in shape, always focusing on getting the technique correct, which I appreciate.

I also asked Quincy to work with my dad during a visit, who hadn’t formally exercised in decades and was dealing with health problems. After a few sessions with Quincy, he was feeling much more confident in his exercise and has continued doing so back home. This has helped him with his health problems as well. I could not be more appreciative of that.

This is the second time I’ve signed up for personal training with Quincy and I’ve done it because training with Quincy has really worked for me. Quincy has got me training correctly, doing the form for various exercises precisely and he’s pushed me past limits in terms of what I can do (a 240kg deadlift for example) I never imagined I could get even near to. I’ve better posture, feel stronger, more energy. Also Quincy is a really nice bloke, very easy to get on with. And he’s cut - you know he really knows how this exercise things works, he knows the mechanics and the science. I would totally recommend.

Quincy is a phenomenal personal trainer because of his ability to diagnose issues with form quickly and provide solutions that you implement and see results with in session. I really cannot stress enough how valuable this fast feedback loop is and how much more efficient your training gets as a result.

He's the only personal trainer with whom I've ever seen substantial gains in both flexibility and muscle mass. Additionally, he's the only trainer I've returned to over a 2 year period, whether to overcome a weight plateau or to ensure no bad habits have crept into my form when training alone.

He's also really nice and great fun to train with. I cannot recommend Quincy highly enough.

I've been training with Quincy for 5 months now. When we started, I was the least fit I've been in my life - I was tired all the time, mentally and physically and didn't have much strength.

I've always struggled with exercising consistently, because something else (usually work) always got in the way.

Working with Quincy has been a game changer for me. He's helped me stay accountable and consistent, while keeping me motivated the entire time. I've gained a ton of strength, I feel way more energised, and I'm feeling overall far better than I have in years.

Quincy is simply a brilliant PT.

We first started training together when I had absolutely no fitness and no idea what to do in the gym. We've now been training for 3+ years and I'm the healthiest and fittest I've ever been. I've built muscle, have a far better fitness and generally feel amazing - I really can't express the benefit its had on my life.

I don't think I'd have been able to get to the point I'm at without Quincy. Not only is he a great PT, but he also motivational and helps guide you on things like diet and rest which are so important for your health. And, he's always friendly and professional too.

Would thoroughly recommend Quincy to anyone considering a PT - he's great!

After major hip surgery I was unable to undertake strenuous exercise. Once my physio gave me the all clear to do moderate and restricted exercise I contacted Quincy.

I needed a trainer who would understand my limitations, but also assist in my rehabilitation and return to exercise. I knew that if I trained on my own I would risk further injury so I needed to have appropriate training planned and a person to monitor me.

Quincy tailored the sessions to meet my specific rehabilitation needs. He clearly put a lot of time into designing the sessions which were full of variety and a lot of fun. Quincy challenged me within my injury capabilities but made sure there was no risk of damage to my hip. He had a thorough understanding of how the body works and I still managed to work up a sweat even with limited movement. I left each session feeling exhilarated. The sessions were held close to my work and Sam was very flexible with availability times.

I highly recommend Quincy as your Personal Trainer. Thanks to Quincy’s assistance my physio was stunned with my improvement and after only a couple of months with Quincy I was strong enough to undertake training on my own, although I know I will return to Quincy after my next surgery or just because I enjoyed it so much!

Life changing coach. Quincy is my first PT and immediately I felt personal touch to his sessions. He quickly identified my back problems before I mentioned them, he asked about my goals and we kicked off. He pays great attention to diet, he gives you remote sessions via app when you travel and he never stops helping people in the gym who are doing exercises in a wrong way.
