Hey, I’m Rachel. I am a PT and Sport and Exercise Science graduate. I am here to simplify, help, and guide you in what can seem like the daunting world of health and fitness, no matter your age, fitness level, or experience. I am here to help solve your health and fitness problems!

Growing up, I became fascinated by the scientific principles underpinning sport and exercise. This led me to undertake a Sport and Exercise Science (BSc) degree at Loughborough University, where I learnt from and was mentored by the best in the field. I was immersed in the world of elite sport and fitness, surrounded by athletes at the top of their game. I can transfer and incorporate this knowledge and experience I have gained and my desire and passion for success into your health and fitness journey.
Through implementing scientific evidence-based research into your individualised training programme to ensure you achieve optimal results. As well as debunking the fitness myths I’m sure you see and feel overwhelmed by on social media as I definitely did before I completed my degree and qualified as a Personal Trainer.

My favourite feeling is knowing I am helping others solve their problems and reach their goals through physical and mindset changes. With a desire to achieve, I have no doubt we will achieve your goals, whether that be weight loss, building muscle, or improving your general fitness.
As I have been through my own health and fitness journey, I can empathise and I am committed to ensuring you reach your goals, all whilst making exercise fun and enjoyable.

I came to Rachel with the goal of starting strength training, having not stepped foot in a gym since my university days nearly 20 years ago. I’ve always been slim, but not fit or toned, and over time my glutes had flattened and I’d gained fat around my waist and tummy that ruined my shape and really affected my confidence. My goals were to feel confident training alone in the gym, get stronger, flatten my tummy and build my glutes.

In just a few months, I’ve gained far more than I expected. Rachel has made strength training genuinely fun, I actually love it now! She explains things so clearly, keeps everything simple and never makes sessions feel intimidating or pressurised. I’ve seen real physical changes: I’m stronger, my shape has improved, my glutes are growing, my tummy is improving and I’ve gained muscle in a beautiful, feminine way. More importantly, I now feel confident using the gym on my own. That’s been priceless.

Rachel also has the patience of a saint. I’ve had an incredibly difficult year emotionally and was probably not the easiest client at times, yet she remained calm, kind, steady and supportive throughout. That level of care is rare, and I will genuinely miss training with her, I honestly wish I could have her as my PT forever!

I truly wish I’d started strength training years ago. If you’ve been thinking about it, especially if you’re in your 30's+ and want to learn properly and avoid injury, hire Rachel immediately! She’s worth every penny and more!!

Rachel is fantastic, extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. She is the best in her profession and enjoys helping people build the confidence and achieve their goals! She was initially my trainer, she changed my opinion of work out completely. I was very hesitant to start with but after one session, I was looking forward to going to see her. Rachel motivated me but the most important thing for me was when I took my Daughter, who was not confident and was extremely self conscious. Rachel not only helped her lose weight but she build her confidence so much that even thought she had to to go to university, she joined the gym and continues to do well. Rachel is amazing! I came to personal training after having my two children and being burned out from work. I was overweight, disliked my body and I honestly didn't recognise who I was in the mirror anymore. I haven't worked out in years and had no idea how to use the gym by myself anymore. Rachel was lovely and understanding, and quickly worked out how to get me back into fitness using exercises that I was comfortable with. As I grew stronger, she upped the ante bit by bit - and it worked! Over 5 months, I dropped about 7kg and I am so crazy happy with how I look and how I feel! Also, I'm mega strong now, that's a huge bonus! I cannot recommend Rachel enough, especially, if like me, you've been unfit for a very long time and scared about doing all of this. She was super kind and patient throughout, and exactly what I needed. If you need a PT, definitely hire her!

Absolutely recommend Rachel as a personal trainer! She’s so lovely and truly cares about her clients. I've never been someone to stick to the gym, but thanks to her, I'm finally going regularly. She knows how to challenge and push me while being supportive, and very easy to talk to. I feel so much more confident using the equipment, and just generally being on the gym floor.
