Hey, my name is Rachel.

I am passionate about helping, supporting and motivating others to find happiness and enjoyment in exercise, to improve and achieve their health, fitness and lifestyle goals. Moving your body, a little or a lot, can have a positive impact on both your physical and mental health.
Are you new to the gym and a bit nervous? I know, making that first step into a gym can be daunting but I am here to help you find your feet, encourage you and help build your self-confidence!

I feel the key to success is based on being genuine, honest and dedicated to all of my clients, making sure that you receive a personalized experience from me. I will design your program around your likes, needs and availabilities, ensuring it is diverse, fun and challenging but also effective with your hard work, leading to the outcome you desire.

Rachel has been awesome at customizing a program that's perfect for me. She's incorporated weight training and functional training, which has helped me step up the intensity of my workouts. I won't lie - every session is a killer. But you know what? It's worth it! After each session, I feel like I'm ready to take on the world.

I’ve been seeing Rachel for a couple of months now and she’s brilliant! She makes the sessions fun, but tough. She always explains things clearly then is always at the end of the phone for the million questions I have after. Rachel is Incredibly knowledgable, friendly and easygoing.
