I believe in developing strong foundations for lasting health and wellbeing.
Every individual is different. My life isn’t your life and what worked for me may not be exactly right for you. My bespoke style of training draws on the eclectic array of techniques and influences I’ve learned, to create a system and style tailored to your body, goals and lifestyle.
At the heart of it all is a system I call Mindful Movement and Strength Training, rooted in posture, breath and technique. The focus here is you and what you bring mentally, physically and spiritually. Using a combination of hard and fast body transformation techniques using weights alongside the gentler, more holistic understanding of the body we will get you exploring your capacity and build your strength.
A consistent approach is the key – no matter how you are feeling, ring fence this time for you to heal and develop into the best version of yourself. This mindful approach will mean that you will always feel nourished and refreshed after each session and harness that power throughout your everyday life.

I believe that wellness is awareness. By screening your movement patterns and habits, we’ll reveal stresses, tensions, weaknesses and compensations in your body. Then we can introduce small adjustments to rectify these issues and build your inner strength.
Often we are being pushed and pulled in multiple directions and we know we could do with getting fitter, sometimes it’s to look better but once you get going and start feeling better everything starts to make more sense, decisions you make are better, clearer, relationships you have are kinder, more nourishing – especially the relationship you have with yourself. Life, work and family is calmer, and everything feels more manageable. We can’t fix all your problems in a couple of weekly workouts: it’s when the techniques become habits that the real changes start to take shape... and quickly.
You will love the way you feel when you work with me. I work not only with your long-term goal but also what you bring on the day, goals are meaningless if your mind, body and spirit isn’t working with you to help you attain them. We work with the flow and not against it. The emphasis is on creating that space for you and not starting something that you dread attending. There is no dread, only exactly what you need and you will feel better for it.
