Experience and Philosophy:

With over three decades of training experience and more than 20 years as a personal trainer, I’m passionate about helping people achieve their best selves through fitness. My expertise covers bodybuilding, strength training, plyometrics, weight loss management, muscle growth, and conditioning, all grounded in a strong understanding of nutrition. As a former World Karate Champion with a Black Belt in Tsyoui Karate and a Brown Belt in Don Si Ru Jujitsu, I also bring a unique edge to my sessions, including MMA and boxing sparring. My training philosophy is all about creating a positive and supportive environment where every client can thrive, no matter their starting point. Whether your goal is to build strength, lose weight, or improve your overall fitness, I customise each program to suit your individual needs and goals.
