Rei is without doubt an amazing and inspiring trainer. His energy and enthusiasm is motivating and makes the training a joy, sometimes a painful joy.

I started training a year and a half ago, I'd had Covid over Christmas and was feeling low and unfit. Within a few months I began to really see and feel the difference. I was feeling stronger, fitter, and began to look different too, my friends were commenting on how I looked more toned. I had more energy and at 65 I knew if I kept going I could make a difference to the next twenty years (hopefully)
Rei also gives lots of helpful advise on nutrition and which other exercise to do to compliment the training I do with him.
He is also a really good guy, hardworking, focused, smart, interesting and curious about the world, art and life.
Rei is a winner, with personal drive, commitment and will power that is off the scale, he uses this gently with his clients, he gives lots of encouragement and praise for hard work and determination. I can without reservation highly recommend Rei.

I have been training with Rei for over one year and half now and over the course he has transformed me from a skinny guy to someone who is preparing for his first competition in September! I couldn't image doing this with anyone other than Rei, he is super professional and approachable, immensely knowledgable in bodybuilding and will never forgive you for skipping leg days! My friend and I saw Rei just after I had completed my first ever half marathon.I realised the necessity of strength training and Rei provided an excellent work out plan.. As a weight lifting champion, he is able to identify exactly what works for each part of the bod. This phenomenal knowledge and experience are already having an impact on my fitness and physique in such a short time. As a person Rei is relaxed, approachable and fun. Rei is a superb trainer who knows how to chisel the body through well thought out training. He’s a positive, supportive trainer who builds up your strength week on week until you notice the difference in your body. I started training with Rei after a knee injury and my physio had suggested I should not run, with his help I got back to full fitness and can run again without a single twinge. I started training with Rei a few months ago because I was making slow gym progress. Rei helped me quickly get back on my feet and taught me a lot of new things, such as how to push myself further, what to eat, and new workouts. Rei is also polite, fun to talk with between sets, and highly supportive. I've made really quick progress and am now at my best fitness stats since I started recording three years ago, so thanks for everything. Would recommend.

I’ve been training with Rei for almost 4 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week, and really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions that then increased two/ three times a week.
I must be a glutton for punishment.
Rei is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more squats and leg presses/ core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
Importantly:
– He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
– He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
I thoroughly enjoy working out with him and would highly would recommend Rei to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

I have been training with Rei for about 5 months now. I came to contact him, through a very close friends glowing recommendation of him. Im very pleased to say she was right!. I have trained with Rei for two years, since June 2018. I had been inactive for a couple of years due to serious health issues and Rei designed a programme for me to steadily and safely progress and to get tangible results in my fitness levels, quickly.

As a sports / deep tissue massage therapist, I have been watching personal trainers for years. I’ve always looked for people who I can refer clients to. Rei is my first choice. He’s better qualified than most trainers, very knowledgeable and looks at how he can help you in a particular and often inventive way. He also makes training fun - though it’s tough too. He also has a great sense of style and more shoes than Imelda Marcos. Highly recommended except for those who prefer to sleep all day long.

Having Rei in my corner has been the inspiration I need to make real gains. I never thought I could be the guy in the gym at 6:30am but it was a pleasure because by 6:35 Rei has me laughing and smiling and crushing heavier weights than I could have ever imagined. I still have some way to go but I have no doubt that with Rei in my corner that he will get me there and we will smash it together! I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!!!
