Hey, I’m Reigan — a Personal Trainer based in Cornwall at St Austell Leisure Centre.

My love for fitness started through rugby, where I first discovered the benefits of resistance training and performance-focused exercise. Over time, that passion has grown into something even bigger: helping people build strength, improve everyday movement, and reduce the daily aches and pains that hold them back.

I work with people of all experience levels, focusing on building confidence in the gym while making sure sessions are tailored to your goals and your body. Whether it’s gaining muscle, empowering you to improve your overall health, or simply feeling better day-to-day, I’m here to guide you through it in a way that’s maintainable and pain-free.

If you’re feeling unsure about starting on your own, I also offer the option to train with a friend or partner—so you can hold each other accountable and enjoy the process together.

After using the gym for 12 months and making it up as I went I decided I need some guidance in a proper structured program and to make sure I was doing exercises correctly. Reigan took the time to listen to what I wanted and the outcome I was trying to achieve. He then produced a 4 day gym plan. He took me through the whole plan over 4 different sessions. He explained each exercise incredibly well and highlighted what we were trying to achieve. At the end, I was really glad I booked the sessions with Reigan and just wished I had booked them sooner. He made the sessions motivational while making me feel very comfortable with each exercise. I would highly recommend him to anyone whatever their fitness level.

I've been working with Reigan to strengthen my core and help manage the discomfort caused by my lower back condition, and the experience has been excellent. He has built a training programme completely around my disabilities and personal limitations, always taking the time to listen and understand what I need.

What stands out most is how kind and attentive he is. If any exercise cause pain or discomfort, he immediately adapts it without hesitation. His approach feels genuinely supportive rather than one-size-fits-all.

I'm already seeing progress and experiencing reduced discomfort thanks to the thoughtful core training programme he put together. I would personally recommend Reigan to anyone looking for a personal trainer who is knowledgeable, patient, and truly investing in helping you improve.

Reigan is my first ever personal trainer and I can't recommend him enough. I am an overweight, middle-aged woman with chronic back pain, who was told by my physiotherapist to use weights to strengthen my back. I didn't know where to start - then I met Reigan. He's friendly, patient, supportive and explains everything well. When it comes to pushing you to your full potential, he's a demon - and always right! He's got me doing exercises I thought were completely beyond me, and more reps than I thought possible! My back has improved already, an having his encouragement means I actually enjoy my trips to the gym now.

I had my consultation with Reigan in May and started my training in June of this year. I went as I've had spinal surgery and had quadricep wastage as a result. My consultation was tailored around my strengths and weaknesses and a plan put together. We've met once a week since and I'm improving in both strength and stamina. Reigans knowledge, training skills and patience have enabled me to improve week on week and encourages me to progress. I would highly recommend.
