Hi I'm Renae a Personal Trainer based at Harvey Haddon Sports Village .

I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to help numerous women over the past nine years, rediscover their strength, increase body confidence and self esteem. I believe that fitness is about more than just looking good - it's about feeling strong, confident, and empowered in your own body. My mission is to provide my clients with the knowledge, support, and motivation they need to build sustainable, healthy habits and smash their fitness goals.

Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply boost your overall well-being, I'll create a tailored training plan that suits your lifestyle, needs, and goals. No matter where you're starting from, I'll meet you where you are at and guide you every step of the way.

I first met Renae about seven years ago when she was working as a fitness instructor in a very busy gym. Even among many other trainers, she immediately stood out. I’m so glad I chose her to be part of my fitness journey.
Renae is highly professional, but also genuinely kind and approachable. She not only motivates you to push yourself, but also makes you feel seen and heard. I’ve always felt completely comfortable training with her.
I felt at ease sharing my health history and personal challenges, which meant she could tailor a fitness plan specifically around my needs and concerns. That level of care made a real difference to me.
I would highly recommend Renae to anyone ready to take the next step in their fitness journey, you won’t regret choosing her!

I cannot recommend Renae enough. She really helped me gain confidence at the gym after having a baby and wanting to get back to feeling like myself. She’s really patient, understanding and knows how to lift other women up! I loved her individual and group sessions. She has an incredible energy and makes even the hardest moves fun!!

I could not recommend Renae enough as a personal trainer! Her sessions brought so much change into my life in the gym world. I always wanted to start strength training but had too much anxiety to go by myself in fear of being judged by others. But after booking in with Renae, my confidence improved massively. Even much so after stopping training for a while, I was able to overcome some anxiety by myself that had come back upon returning by remembering our training sessions together. Renae is so kind and encouraging in her work, and thanks to her, I now have the confidence to be able to strength train in the gym without fear of judgement from others. Working with Renae as my personal trainer since 2024 has been life changing.
From the outset, Renae took time to understand my specific requirements and tailored an exercise plan specific to me.
I started working with Renae to decrease my blood pressure, to get fitter by losing weight and better prepare me through the menopause.
Using and working with Renae’s tailored exercise,
I managed to reduce my blood pressure and weight by two stone to enable me to have a more healthy lifestyle.
Mentally Renae’s helped me to better transition through the menopause. I feel healthier all round.

Renae is a fabulous personal trainer, she is so much fun to be around but also gets you to where you need to be. Sessions fly by and you'll find yourself looking forward to the next one straight away! Renae has kept me constant with my fitness, something I've struggled to do in the past, but with her help I've lost weight (and inches!), got stronger, healthier and overall happier with myself! Renae is kind and patient, but she'll push you when you need it. Training with Renae always feels like you're catching up with a friend - who makes you lift weights..! I restarted my personal training journey around 8 weeks ago with Renae after no exercise since 2019 due to the dreaded C19! I had always regularly exercised for both physical and emotional health prior to this and it came to an abrupt stop! As it had been so long, I had developed fear about getting going again having lost my physical strength, stamina and motivation.

Renae has totally elevated those fears, supported me back into an exercise routine, helped to rebuild my confidence and strength at a fair pace. Rejoining the gym (even though I never cancelled my membership 🙈) and classes alongside side Renae’s sessions has really assisted me towards my goal for positive long term physical and emotional health. Taking time out from my busy work and personal life to attend personal training sessions with Renae has been one of my best investments in myself for a long while! If you are thinking about starting or even restarting a fitness journey, I could not recommend Renae enough. She is very passionate about her work and that truly shine through in all the support and encouragement she gives you.

Amazing , amazing work with Miss Renae, very professional even when u get vulnerable about personal life , she works through it while remaining professional and focused on being a personal trainer . She said to me at the beginning “it’s about the mind (mindset )” and she didn’t just say but but she actually implemented and showed me how change my mindset to be positive and uniquely just for me and my challenges . She was also very honest about where I was in my achievements and even though they were not very good at the time we have worked through and still working through it . There is much and i literally have nothing negative to say about her because i am a testimony of her work . If I was to do it all over again to work with miss Renae , I would without a second thought . 🫡😁😁

When I first started going to the gym, I had no idea what I was doing or how to use any of the machines, which felt really overwhelming. It would stop me from going or I would have no motivation whatsoever.

Working with Renae, as my personal trainer over the past year, has honestly been life-changing for me. Right from the start, she took the time to really understand what I needed and didn’t just give me a one-size-fits-all plan. Every session feels different, which keeps things interesting. There’s always a mix of exercises and equipment, so it never gets boring but still pushes me in the right way. Because of her consistency and guidance, I’ve made proper, measurable progress, losing weight and inches while also feeling a lot stronger and more confident in myself.
What really makes her stand out, though, is the support she gives outside of just the physical training. I’ve struggled a lot with confidence and how I see my body, but she has this way of helping me shift my mindset and always manages to point out positives when I’m being overly critical of myself. In workouts, especially when I feel like I can’t keep going, she knows exactly how to encourage me without pressure, and somehow gets me through every set. I end up surprising myself with what I can do. Renae has also given me really practical, realistic advice around food that’s made healthy habits feel achievable rather than overwhelming. She’s become so much more than just a trainer to me. She’s been a constant source of support and motivation, and I’m genuinely really grateful for everything I’ve achieved with her help.
