I have been coaching group exercise classes and helping people on their fitness journeys since 2019. This has included service personnel, competitive athletes and all age groups; doing functional fitness, strength and muscle gain programming, and Strongman-inspired classes. Alongside this, I am a husband, a dad (since 2020) and also worked as a statistician until the end of 2023.

I specialise in providing workouts that bring variety and intensity to push your fitness goals forward in shorter sessions, to fit around life’s demands, and even to learn a few skills along the way. If you want more traditional workouts, I also enjoy tailoring programs to meet your needs and track your progress.

I offer 1-to-1 and small group personal training sessions, and diet and nutrition support including for vegetarian and vegan diets.
