We’ll create a simple, effective plan that fits around your busy lifestyle, adding a fresh, healthy routine that works for you. You’ll build life-changing habits that leave you looking and feeling your absolute best.

As your personal trainer, I’ll keep you motivated and help you build your inner belief to push past limits. My goal is to get you real, lasting results, that you can be proud of.

You'll have my full support every step of the way. Through weekly 1:1 sessions, check-ins, video calls, nutrition guidance and custom macros, we’ll build a science-based fitness programme that sets you up for success.

No one wants to be stuck in an endless cycle of diets and training plans that don’t work. My mission is to give you the knowledge and tools so that you can make the right choices, maintain your ideal weight and stick to your own fitness routine with confidence. When that happens, we’ve succeeded, but that doesn’t have to be the end of our journey. If you need help setting new goals I’ll have a plan that works for you.

Five stars from me. I’ve finished a 12 week programme and am feeling so much stronger, fitter and mentally positive . Rod’s approach really suited me, not at all judgemental and very supportive. Would thoroughly recommend Rod to anyone looking for a trainer. Looking forward to continuing with Rod.

Rod is an excellent PT. He is very competent, conscientious and writes detailed reports after each session. His programmes are clear and targets set are realistically challenging and clearly set.
I have MS and walk with sticks and my balance is very limited and Rod quickly recognised my needs and set challenging but realistic targets.
I had 4 sessions with Rod, plus one complimentary session. After each session he wrote either a brief report or programme for the next session. The cost of the session represents excellent value for I am really feeling the benefit of his advice and it was less than 2 weeks since my last session with him!!.I cannot recommend Rod highly enough and I thank him very much.

Really happy with service. Program perfectly suited to my age and was able to see strength results very quickly. Great advice on eating was also given which was effective and most importantly enjoyable. Having at PT is a great way to get you going. Would definitely recommend Rod if you are thinking of a PT.

I started training with Rod after a number years out of the gym. I have some musculoskeletal issues and it was important to me to have a trainer that would understand this and tailor a programme around some of my physical limitations. Rod has tailored my programme and I have been able to train confident in the knowledge that my programme is suitable for me. I have increased my fitness and stremgth with a programme that has been easy to follow meaning sessions in the gym on my own haven't been daunting. I am really enjoying being back in the gym and I can't praise Rod enough for his patience, understanding and knowledge.
