Romona is an exceptional personal trainer and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Not only is she experienced and incredibly knowledgable but she takes the time to get to know her clients, understand their goals and support them through both the physical and mental challenges that may arise. Before sitting down and meeting Romona, I imagined I would probably book a session twice per month and see how it went but after our first session, I was hooked and it is now the highlight of my week. The time and effort she puts into her clients and tailoring of individual plans is unmatched and I am so pleased to have found her! 10/10 would recommend booking in!

Signing up with Romona has been a great move. She is focused on helping you achieve your goals and makes each training session both challenging and rewarding. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my stamina, ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session.

Romona knows how to motivate and encourage. She cares about you, her client, and the best part of it all is that I find I look forward to my workouts.
