👋 Hi, I’m Ross – Personal Trainer

From an early age I struggled with unhealthy eating habits. Although I was always active, it eventually caught up with me and I reached my heaviest weight of 22 stone. I was terrified to take my top off because I didn’t want anyone to see my “man boobs.”

One day I decided enough was enough. I started eating better, moving more, and making steady progress. Exercise and nutrition completely changed my life — and I believe they should make your life better too.

I’ve lived it. I know the struggle, the pain, and the discomfort of being unhappy in your own body. I also know the pride and confidence that comes with change.
That journey means I can truly relate to you — and help you through the same challenges. My experience is priceless and makes me unique as a Personal Trainer.

My philosophy is simple:

How we do this:

✅ Cardiovascular training tailored to your goals (e.g. if you want to run, running will be included)

Can fully recommend Ross, what a great PT and a great person, excellent trainer and knows absolutely everything and exactly what exercise to do for the precise muscle group, really gets you on the go and will get you to hit your goals, had a great time with Ross as a PT 💪

Just want to give a massive shoutout to my PT, Ross 🙌

I’ve been training with him for over a year now, and honestly, it’s been one of the best things I’ve done for myself. I started out wanting to lose some weight, get fitter, and build strength — especially to help stay ahead of a family history of osteoporosis — but it’s turned into so much more.

My mental health has improved massively, I feel stronger than ever (physically and mentally), and I actually enjoy working out now — which I never thought I’d say!

Ross has this amazing way of motivating you without ever being pushy. He knows his stuff, has loads of experience, and somehow always gets the best out of me, even on days when I’m not feeling it.

Ross showed what to do properly I lost lots of weight with Ross. He showed me how things work he was very patient and pushed you till he couldn’t push you anymore. Excellent pt would definitely use again if needed. Not only does Ross show you how to do things properly he will always be in your head when cooking eating or working out that’s how good he is

If you’re looking for a professional and reliable personal trainer then Ross is your man! His experience and knowledge is second to none! I was so nervous when I first started training as I’d never done weights before but he quickly made me feel at ease and now I love it 😀 I’ve learnt so much from Ross and even dropped a dress size! Having a few PT sessions with Ross was one of the best decisions I’d made - Learning proper form, how to use the weights effectively, building confidence (which is a big thing for most people walking into the gym for the first time) and realising I could actually enjoy training and make it a part of my daily life.

These sessions gave me the foundation — the knowledge, motivation, and confidence — to keep going.

3 years on and I’m still using Ross’s training plan!
