With over 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer, I’ve trained various fitness levels. From beginner to advanced clients, with sport specific, strength training or weight loss goals. I always tailor my clients sessions to ensure they are varied, educational and purposeful towards their goals.

I also offer online programming (through an app) to support my clients while training on their own. This is beneficial to anyone who wants to be accountable but just needs that additional support.

I've been training with Ross for about 9 months. He has developed me to achieve new PB's in weightlifting, which are as easy to come by when I'm 46. He provides a tailored session each time and is flexible with times and days.
