Health and fitness has always been part of my life, and after working with a Personal Trainer I was inspired to become one myself. With my back background studies in Physiotherapy, I have a thorough understanding of the body and believe in a safe approach to exercise. I have a positive, energetic nature and enjoy helping motivate others to achieve their best! I would love to work with you to help you with your fitness goals, whether that be general fitness, gaining muscle mass, losing weight, toning up or anything else.

Ryan has been such a star! He's helped me build up strength and rediscover my love of being active after the pandemic. He's worked specifically to help me with an ongoing back injury which is much more manageable now. Plus the nicest guy and really easy to chat with.

Ryan's my first ever personal trainer and he is superb. Enthusiastic and hilarious. Passionate and really wants you to get fitter and stronger. Great with stretches and ailments also. I'd hardly ever gone to a gym before but am now going twice a week and really look forward to it, all thanks to Ryan. 100% recommended.
