I am a qualified Personal Trainer with a degree in Physiotherapy, specialising in helping people of all ages and abilities improve their health, fitness, and overall wellbeing. Based in Stoke Newington, I work with a wide range of clients — from beginners building confidence, to those recovering from injury, and experienced individuals looking to refine their performance.
With a strong background in physiotherapy, I have a deep understanding of human anatomy, posture, and movement. This allows me to identify and address imbalances, improve mobility, and design safe, effective sessions that support long-term progress.
