I’ve experienced both sides of the journey, from being skinny to being overweight, so I understand how challenging changing your body can be.
Fitness became something powerful in my life during a time when a lot felt out of my control, and taking charge of my health changed everything. That experience inspired me to help others feel stronger, healthier, and more
confident in themselves.
My coaching style is calm, supportive, and structured. I believe lasting results come from more than just training hard. They come from building better habits, staying consistent, fuelling your body properly, and recovering well. I support clients not only with training, but also with guidance around nutrition, recovery, and accountability.

I had an assessment and an amazing session with Salvador. He got aware that I have a severe hip injury during my assessment and he made some research to organise my session around it. He also understood that I’m the kind of gym goer which needs to be stopped rather than pushed. So he also took this into account to protect my hip and recovery. We had a great warm up which included rehab exercises for my hip, core strengthening to support my recovery. I am an avid gym attendees and doing a body recomposition so I had specifics for my training: working the long head of my triceps, my pectoral muscles and Salvador gave me great exercises to lean down as I want to. I felt the burn! I started the session ‘miserable’ because of my injury and at the end of it, I was pumped and my motivation high. Salvador gave me great advice about my weight loss, my recomposition, my rehab and supplements. He was warm and professional. The session was a lot of fun and will keep my morale high for a while!
