I’m Sam Jempson, a Personal Trainer based at Teddington Pools & Fitness. I enjoyed fitness and tried out gyms and a variety of classes but I didn’t work in fitness until I met a PT who inspired me to make a career change over 10 years ago. Inspiring others to get stronger and feel confident just as I did is a privilege.

I believe that fitness is about more than just looking good - it's about feeling strong and confident whatever your ability or age.

I have been doing PT with Sam for 5 years. The PT sessions are always well planned but Sam is also good at adapting the exercises depending upon how I'm feeling on the day.
Sam has an excellent knowledge of physiology, is patient and encouraging. My strength and mobility has greatly improved. Sam has taken me from a place of thinking I wouldn't be able to run again to completing a half marathon last year.
