Hey, I'm Sam Khoury, a Personal Trainer based at Glass Mills Leisure Centre, and I'm buzzing to help you unlock your full potential!
My fitness journey kicked off in 2015, and it's been an incredible ride ever since. Completing a gruelling 50km Ultra Marathon and smashing Hyrox Cardiff 2025 in 1:05 minutes showed me what the human body is truly capable of when you combine determination with the right training approach.
Those experiences didn't just test my physical limits - they transformed my entire outlook on what's possible. That's exactly why I became a personal trainer: to share that fire, that energy, and that proven mindset with people ready to push beyond what they thought they could achieve.

Sam has really been soo helpful in the last few months as I've started to get back into the gym after a knee injury He's been really helpful with strengthening exercises specifically for this aswell as recommending things to help me stay on track with my nutrition as well as keeping me accountable.

I was worried about coming back to the gym after injuring my shoulder however, Sam really helped me understand the importance of strengthening this area and after 6 weeks of training I can now move and lift with minimal pain.
