Strength, movement, and nutrition — intelligently and holistically combined.
Fitness has always been part of my life. Growing up with an athletic upbringing, I began resistance training over fourteen years ago, developing a deep respect for what the body is capable of when it is trained with care and intention.
I began my professional journey over a decade ago teaching yoga and coaching nutrition, while studying for my Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition. This foundation gave me a strong understanding of movement, breath, and evidence-based health, which naturally evolved into personal training as I sought to integrate strength, structure, and long-term physical resilience into my work.
Today, I bring together my triple skill set as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and nutritionist to deliver well-rounded, personalised coaching.
My sessions blend intelligent strength training with mobility, posture, and breath-led movement, all underpinned by evidence-based nutrition.
I take a calm, supportive approach, placing strong emphasis on biomechanics, joint health, and sustainable progress rather than quick fixes or extremes.
I work with clients of all ages and abilities and genuinely enjoy helping people feel stronger, more confident, and at ease in their bodies.

I highly recommend Sama as a personal trainer. She is knowledgeable, experienced, calm, patient and understanding. She always explain everything clearly, and adjust workouts to fit my needs and goals. I trained with her for the past 10 months and feel so much stronger and fitter thanks to these workouts. On top of that, her positive energy and attitude make every session enjoyable - I actually look forward to working out!

I trained with Sama for a year and I had the best experience. From the consultation with Sama and not been to the gym Sama knew exactly what I needed to build the confidence I needed to be at the gym.
