Fitness has always been part of my life. Growing up with an athletic upbringing, I began resistance training over fourteen years ago, developing a deep respect for what the body is capable of when it is trained with care and intention.

I began my professional journey over a decade ago teaching yoga and coaching nutrition, while studying for my Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition. This foundation gave me a strong understanding of movement, breath, and evidence-based health, which naturally evolved into personal training as I sought to integrate strength, structure, and long-term physical resilience into my work.

Today, I bring together my triple skill set as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and nutritionist to deliver well-rounded, personalised coaching.

My sessions blend intelligent strength training with mobility, posture, and breath-led movement, all underpinned by evidence-based nutrition.

I take a calm, supportive approach, placing strong emphasis on biomechanics, joint health, and sustainable progress rather than quick fixes or extremes.

I work with clients of all ages and abilities and genuinely enjoy helping people feel stronger, more confident, and at ease in their bodies.

Sama is a fantastic PT. I trained with her for a year and found my confidence back in the gym. My fitness and strength improved and I felt much more confident in myself. Sama is a PT that listens and understands your concerns and she creates a specially tailored programme for you, not just one that works for everyone. I wish I could still train with her! Anyone would be lucky to have her as their PT.

I have trained with Sama the last 8 months and she has completely changed my view on working out and weight loss.
From our first contact she has been kind, knowledgeable and completely flexible to my needs of training times, food meals and advice.
She is always happy to answer any questions and explain why we do certain exercises and how changing position or equipment used will affect my journey. She goes above and beyond to keep me motivated and always reminds me of the bigger picture if I’m ever disappointed at not reaching a certain goal.

I highly recommend Sama as a personal trainer. She is knowledgeable, experienced, calm, patient and understanding.
