I became a PT to help people better themselves as did my PT that I learnt from. The reason comes from personal experience and I want to share what I have learnt with you and help you become a better and more happy version of yourself through exercise. I’ve learnt many different ways to incorporate fitness and endurance whilst trying to increase explosiveness and speed. This can be done through kettlebell work, weightlifting, plyometrics and different forms of cardio. I also specialise in weight loss and muscle gain if that is your main aim. With strict attention to form we can reach your goals by creating a plan that suits your needs whether it be short term or long term. Together we can get you to where you want to be and even more.

I’ve been training under Sam’s direction for 3 months and the changes in my strength and physique are noticeable. His combination of precise technical knowledge and calm considerate manner is excellent. He mixes up each session with new exercises so it never gets boring. I’d thoroughly recommend him.
