With a lifelong passion for strength, endurance, and athletic performance, I bring a diverse background to my personal training and coaching. My journey began as a competitive swimmer, where I honed discipline, technique, and the drive to push physical limits.

Transitioning from the pool to strength sports, I became a competitive arm wrestler, developing an in-depth understanding of power, grip strength, and functional training.

Beyond my own athletic career, I have years of experience as a swim coach, helping athletes refine their skills and reach their full potential. Combining my expertise in both strength and endurance sports, I create tailored programs designed to maximize performance, whether your goal is improving overall fitness, building muscle, or excelling in competitive sports.

Just finished my first month with Sam. Sam is punctual, friendly, informative and challenging - all helpful to my long-term aims. The sessions plan (with video links) is constantly updated and keeps me focussed between PT sessions. Worth the cost - will be continuing with Sam next month and beyond.
