Hello, I’m Sandy, a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, and a specialist in Exercise for fat loss and body composition, injury rehabilitation, and I’m also an Exercise Referral qualified instructor. I am here to help you reach your personal health and fitness goals, through my one-to-one training and small group classes.

With a previous career in the corporate world at management level, I can harness my collective skills to coach you to your own, personal goals and I understand first-hand what it’s like to juggle home, work, family and life pressures whilst trying to maintain your health and fitness. This is why I will help you achieve your goals in the most time-effective way.

I really enjoy training people at all levels, whatever your goals, whether you’re somebody who's new here, to taking your fitness to the next level. I can help you with your own, personal health challenges from fat loss to overcoming pain or injury.

After the birth of my twin daughters, I slipped a disc and I’d also gained some baby weight. I know what it is to overcome these obstacles because I faced these challenges myself and I trained myself out of pain and lost the weight. I then decided it was my life’s mission to help others do the same.

I believe that everybody is unique and that is why I will work with you to create a bespoke programme suited to your needs, whilst ensuring you stay motivated and enjoy the process.

Having spoken to a few P/Ts, I started with 10 sessions with Sandy, and she was so good I extended that it another 5 sessions. In that time I learnt a lot about how to use the gym equipment, obviously, but also about nutrition and working with my body for its best results, within the parameters of my age and body type. Her approach is professional and knowledgable, asking a few key questions at the start of each session to tailor it to how I was feeling that week. She is very friendly, open and obviously just very good at her job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone, of any age or ability.

If you are looking for a personal trainer who can help you reach your fitness goals, I highly recommend Sandy. She is an amazing trainer who has been working with me for the past six - seven months and I have seen great results.

One of the best things about Sandy is that she is very accommodating and flexible with her planning. She understands that everyone has different schedules and preferences, and she tailors her sessions accordingly. She is always willing to adjust the time, and intensity of the workouts to suit my needs.

Sandy is also very easy to work with. She is friendly, supportive, and motivating. She always encourages me to do my best and challenges me to push myself. She is also very patient and understanding. She never judges me and always gives me constructive feedback and tips on how to improve. Another great quality of Sandy is her adaptability. She can work with any equipment or space. She modified the exercises depending on how I was feeling, if I had an injury and my goals as they changed.

I feel very happy with the results I achieved with Sandy’s personal training and have built strength, toned up muscle and feel more confident in the gym on the equipment which previously I had no idea how to use.

I chose Sandy to be my personal trainer as she is a qualified exercise referral specialist and I needed help to rehabilitate after radical cancer treatment. Sandy’s expertise and calm approach meant that with her gentle approach I was soon able to regain some proper mobility. I am 78 years old and suffered a TIA in June. Although I made a good recovery I lost a lot of confidence and have for some years experienced unsteadiness due to a loss of balance. This is my second ten sessions with Sandy and she is really doing a first class job, building my strength, legs and lower body stability and upper body strength with a wide range of exercises. We meet for an hour twice each week and I have an hour's practice on the weekend. She is knowledgeable, encouraging and flexible in her approach. I can't praise her enough and would recommend her to anyone, especially those who are anxious about going to the gym. Just a terrific personal trainer.
