Hey! I’m Sang, a Personal Trainer who helps people finally break the stop–start cycle. No extreme diets, no “beast mode” - just simple training that works around your life.

I specialise in helping beginners, parents and professionals who feel short on time or confidence. My sessions focus on strength, mobility and habit-building, so you’ll get results you can actually keep. Expect support outside of your sessions, clear structure, plenty of encouragement and the occasional bad joke to get you through that last rep.

I also bring experience supporting clients who are neurodivergent (especially ADHD), people using weight-loss injections, and those who want advice that respects cultural food and lifestyle habits.

Cannot recommend Sang more, she is such a beautiful person - inside and out and has really helped me with my body confidence. I was so clueless about any gym training before I started with her and I love how educating and informative my journery with her has been. I even feel motivated to work out on a holiday now, which is a first for me :) The results will come, I am confident about that - my main goal was to make working out a part of my life, which I can slowly see happening!

I can’t recommend Sang highly enough. She is incredibly caring and thoughtful in her approach, always taking the time to incorporate all the goals I mentioned to her into our sessions and adapting things when certain exercises don’t suit me.
She’s given me a clear, well-structured plan and consistently explains the purpose of each exercise and which muscles it targets, so I feel confident and informed when training independently.
I was unsure for many years about whether to get a PT, but I’m so glad I finally did. Working with Sang has given me a completely new outlook on life and I now have so much more energy, determination, and confidence.
I can wholeheartedly recommend her. She truly is a gem and always goes above and beyond for her clients!

I cannot recommend Sangita highly enough. Over the last nine weeks, she has worked with my father to improve his fitness following a brain injury, and the results have been transformative.

I have really enjoyed my first few sessions with Sangita and look forward to continuing. She is fun to work with, works holistically both in terms of muscle groups but also having an awareness of me as a person. It is clear she gives thought to her programme, offering variety and weekly changes so the workouts don't become boring and offering routes for progression! I’ve been training with Sang now for a couple of months and wow what an experience. She takes the time to really understand what your needs are and to build programmes tailored to those needs. In addition she is fun to train with and knows how to push you to achieve your best . I feel stronger and fitter since training with her and look forward to my sessions with her. I’ve been training with Ms. Shah for the past two half months, and the experience has been genuinely life-changing. My main goal was to bring my sugar levels down, and thanks to her structured workouts and constant guidance, my recent blood test shows everything is now normal and my sugar levels have dropped significantly. I’ve also seen major improvements in my strength and stamina, which has made a real difference in my daily life.
My lifestyle has always involved eating out and drinking, and portion control wasn’t something I paid attention to. With Ms. Shah’s support, I’ve become much more aware of my habits. I still have off days, but going to the gym consistently makes me think twice about the choices I make and reminds me why I’m on this journey in the first place.
My next target by February 26 is to continue improving my overall health so that, with proper medical supervision, I may eventually be able to come off medication for blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes. With Ms. Shah’s encouragement, I feel more motivated than ever.

I've really enjoyed training with Sang! Every workout is both approachable and challenging and for the first time I don't find going to the gym to be intimidating or a chore. She is detailed in her explanations, accommodating with any health issues and has really encouraged my form and fitness habits outside of the gym.

Training with Sangita, what can I say... I’ve struggled with back pain for years, and one of my biggest concerns when starting was making sure I didn’t aggravate it further. She has been brilliant at tailoring my workouts so I can build strength and fitness without putting unnecessary strain on my back.

What really stands out is how closely she pays attention to form – she’s always watching to make sure every movement is done correctly, which not only helps avoid injury but also makes the exercises far more effective. She’s clearly very knowledgeable and knows exactly how to adapt exercises to suit individual needs.

On top of that, the personal service she provides is second to none. She makes you feel comfortable, supported, and in safe hands from the moment you walk in. It’s never a “one-size-fits-all” approach – she really takes the time to understand what works best for you.

I can’t recommend my Sang enough. She started me off with baby steps that were realistic for my busy life as a parent, taking into account that I have young kids and limited time. Instead of letting me put it off with an “I’ll start on Monday” promise, she got me moving the same day and helped me turn those small actions into a real habit. I’ve lost 5 kg without feeling like I had to do anything extreme, and the whole plan felt sustainable and tailored to me.
