I know what you're thinking...and I've been there.
I was stuck in a cycle. A seemingly endless cycle, where I would lose 2 pounds, and gain back 5. I felt helpless. I didn't think anything would change. But then...I was diagnosed with a hormonal health condition, known as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), which explained why I was struggling so much to lose weight...but managed to confuse me even more.
The condition lacked research. What little research had been done - all completely contradictory. Do I do more cardio? Less? Go gluten, dairy and sugar free?
So what did I do? I hired a coach - and I've never looked back. I got stronger, I lost the weight I needed to (as per the doctor's orders - and kept it off), and got my body back under my control. I'm stronger and feeling better than ever!
Now, I want to help other people, and do for them what my own coach did for me...and I can do it for you, too. The best part? We can do it in a way that fits your lifestyle and needs!

My husband was very unfit, has no interest in sport and avoided all exercise. I would occasionally walk but we both felt our fitness and flexibilty was poor. We started a few weeks ago having fitness sessions with Sarah and already feel the benefit in our flexibility and energy levels. Sarah is very competent, friendly and makes the classes fun with her personality. We highly recommend her.
