Nothing is ever easy but breaking down that goal certainly makes you believe you can, and will succeed. I have a passion for fitness, and my career as a personal trainer. I believe my duties are to give you my all, to educate, and develop the very best version of yourself. A fitness goal is just a wish without a plan; I am here to guide you through your journey, hurdling the barriers, and making sure your routines are enjoyable. I love to train with functional equipment to make my workouts more fun, beneficial, and challenging. Sports are also an important aspect in my life having competed at nationals in various athletics events. I also enjoy team sports that require different components of fitness. I endeavour to deliver the best I can, and reward my success through motivating others and being a part of their achievements. Whether it is weight loss, building strength, toning, or training for specific sports, I will provide the right nutrition and workout plan for you to achieve this.

I am an older man in my 70's and before I met Seb was unfit and overweight. I was worried about developing consequent ill health problems and I was not feeling good about myself. I needed to get out of that rut and also needed to get motivated. Seb was the ideal person to help me get motivated and back to health. He was always encouraging, reassuring, supportive and patient even when I had doubts about being able to perform some of the exercises and achieve set goals. At our first meeting, Seb did a very thorough assessment/health profile including dietry needs and advice and devised a plan of action tailored to my needs using a structured, step-by-step approach. I enjoyed my weekly sessions with him and he motivated me to keep going even through these tough times during the pandemic. I very much appreciated all his excellent advice and support during our sessions and also by weekly updates via e mail, facebook and mobile phone texting. Seb has a very pleasant, likeable manner and he is obviously passionate about his job and is a very dedicated and competent personal trainer. I would thoroughly recommend him. On a closing note in regards to my's never too late to get fit. Thank you Seb for all your help.

I have loved PT training with seb since the beginning (three years ago so that says it all ) ! He makes each PT session
fun & personalised to suit your own fitness goals.Seb is a great listener and this really makes him a great personal trainer. He is very passionate about his job and this really shows when you get to know him.
He guides you through your individual fitness goals but then also helps with the diet and nutritional aspects too....he even has some amazing healthy recipe ideas !
As a girl who hates the gym ,seb has managed to push me to achieve all of my fitness & weight goals & has motivated me when I needed a push!!

As an overweight, unfit lady close to my sixties, I first met Seb at a time when I was too embarrassed to be seen in the gym as I thought I would be laughed at. To overcome this we started off my training in one of the store rooms in the basement of the gym where nobody was going to see me. However, with Seb's endless patience, understanding, encouragement and making the training fun, I am now happily training in the gym along with everybody else - and am loving it! I can now enjoy clothes shopping, body boarding and stomping up Pen y Fan with my family. My sessions with Seb, have been life changing and I thoroughly recommend him

I met Seb about a year ago, and like a lot of long time Gym goers, I was stuck in a rut training wise.
With his guidance , I have managed to re-invent myself. He has a methodical approach to fitness and strength building, that suits my style of training.
Sessions with Seb are demanding and fun. He has corrected some of my mistakes , without cramping my style.

I only wish I had gone to him sooner.....Ask him for help , you will not regret it.
