I have worked in the Fitness industry for over 10 years. I first started working as a Fitness Instructor but I believed it was beneficial to develop my skills and knowledge and so quickly progressed to a personal trainer and Group Exercise Instructor where I teach a variety of fitness classes. I am very passionate about health and fitness and I believe investing in and looking after your body is key to living a long, healthy and happy life. For me, imparting to you how much you matter, is: focusing on 1-2-1 and small group training sessions and helping you reach your goals and your true potential by designing workouts which are specifically based on your induvial fitness needs/goals. The programs are monitored and evaluated on a regular basis to ensure optimal results are achieved. I like to encourage others to lead a healthy and active lifestyle whilst having a positive attitude towards fitness.

I hadn't been to the gym in over 10years. I did a programme with Serena and she really did tick all the boxes. If you want to get fit , stronger and feel empowered choose Serena. I am still going to the gym 14 months later.

She is my best friend. She makes me stronger and feel better. I’m an international student from Myanmar. I trained with Serena during my final year in university. I started working out just because my therapist told me to. Serena is a great trainer and a sweet person. I would joke about how difficult the exercises are and how it was a torture. But honestly, I got so much stronger working out with her. I would never consider weight training if it wasn’t for Serena. She is the best trainer anyone can ask for.
