As an athlete, I understand the physical and mental demands of training from beginner level to advanced. I have ran international times in athletics in the 800m and I now train as a calisthenics athlete/gymnast and occasionally compete. Having gone through many different experiences in my life, health and wellbeing became a passion and priority for me, I am always interested in how I can improve, grow and take myself to the next level.

With the skills and knowledge I have acquired along my journey, I would like to help others to achieve their own personal fitness goals, whether this be gaining muscle, losing weight, toning up, becoming more flexible or recovering from injury. As you train with me, I will be sharing all the fitness tips that has transformed me into the athlete I am today, including ways to stay disciplined, focused and consistent.

I decided to train with Shailen over the course of 12 weeks and he has been massively supportive, patient and knows exactly how to work with his clients. Shailen helped me to feel comfortable in the gym as I wasn't too confident when I first started. He has helped me to lose weight and tone up and within only 3 months I saw some amazing results. I would definitely recommend Shailen to anyone thinking about personal training as he has a great amount of knowledge and information which can help you get to where you want to be. I am very thankful to have worked with such a great trainer, he really does go above and beyond to help you achieve what he knows you're capable of.
