In 2021, I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes—a moment that served as a true eye-opener. I realized that health isn’t something to put off; it’s something to take charge of today. That wake-up call sparked my journey into fitness, nutrition, and wellness, transforming not just my body, but my mindset.

Now, as a certified personal trainer, my mission is to help others achieve their own transformations—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to make lifestyle changes, and I’m here to guide, motivate, and celebrate every win along the way.

I specialize in creating customized, realistic programs that fit your life, whether your goal is weight management, strength building, or improving overall health. My personal experience with pre-diabetes and lifestyle change gives me unique insight and empathy—I don’t just coach, I inspire through action.

I have only trained with Shane for a short while now. But he’s the best PT I have ever worked with. He has helped me to really push myself and supported me with a solid meal plan and work out routine. He is very calm and patient and really has helped me build back my motivation to keep fit and stay consistent with the gym. I would highly recommend him!

I’ve been training with Shane for a while now and he has been fantastic. As someone in my 60s, I really appreciate how he tailors sessions to my needs, focusing on strength, balance, and safe movement. Sometimes I’m a little slow or I don’t do the exercises as I should, but he is patient, continues to encourage me, even though at times, I feel like giving up. However, because he makes every workout enjoyable and I’m starting to see results I don’t want to stop. When I first started I didn’t like working out at the gym along side all the fit body builders, but now I feel more confident, stronger and more energetic, all thanks to his guidance. I want to reach 70 and feel like I’m still 50. I will continue having training with Shane and after my experience with him, can highly recommend him!
