I offer a supportive and personalised approach to training, focused on helping
you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Whether your goal is to build
muscle, lose body fat, improve your fitness, or simply feel better in yourself, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

With a background in competitive sport and strength training, I understand the
value of consistency, discipline, and building confidence through progress. My
coaching is built around helping you train effectively, stay motivated, and achieve results that last.

My aim is not just to help you change physically, but to help you feel better
mentally too. Together, we’ll work towards creating lasting habits, real progress, and a stronger, more confident version of yourself.

Had a great PT session with Shaqueel. He helped me improve my form on compound lifts and showed me a few functional exercises I can add to my routine. He also explained the reasoning behind the movements, particularly around strengthening tendons and building a solid foundation for long-term strength and injury prevention.

He's very knowledgeable and easy to train with. I came away with a better understanding of my technique and things I can immediately apply in the gym. Would highly recommend!

Shaq’s a great PT, during our time we very quickly built up a rapport, he was encouraging and a good teacher. He knows his stuff, took the time to ask me about my existing habits, goals and vision and worked that into the exercises, with helpful demonstrations on correct form. He also helped me address injured tendons and ligaments through targeted exercises.
