I’ve been training with Shaun for just over a month, and I can genuinely say I’ve seen a real difference in both my weight and stamina already. From day one, I connected with him. he’s friendly, efficient, and brings such a positive light and energy to every session.

Shaun's provided superb advice, both on a new personalised training plan and also on nutrition. Helping me lose weight and getting me back into the Gym which makes me feel great after a hard working week behind the desk. His sessions push me to do more and I now swim, do classes and have started Paddle which I love. This all comes from the 30 mins gym session with Shaun, it is the push I need each week, his classes are fun and we spend time discusses goals and other things I should try to increase my fitness.. Has been great working with Shaun. Highly recommended.

I’ve been training with Shaun for a couple of months now, and honestly, it’s been awesome! He keeps me motivated even on the days I feel like giving up, and somehow makes every session fun (even when it’s tough!). Highly recommend Shaun, especially for those who have anxiety about starting their gym journey. I dreaded going to the gym and felt so overwhelmed of what to do and how to do it, so booked a couple sessions with Shaun who really helped ease that fear, he was super patient and explained things as many times as I needed, showed me how to set up all the equipment and generally encouraged me that a lot of my fears are just in my head. Have finally started going to the gym on my own now thanks to his help and dare I say I’m actually starting to enjoy it!

I can’t thank Shaun enough for all his support and guidance in helping me get active again! After taking a break from the gym, recovering from surgery.
