Sophie is an amazing source of knowledge and inspiration. She really listened to what I wanted to achieve and tailored things to how I can manage to keep on top of my goals and improve without feeling pressured alongside a busy job and life. Where I would normally get frustrated and give up, Sophie has been there and provided me with a new perspective on how our bodies actually work (bye to being preoccupied with the number on the scales), and with progressive workouts alongside rest and recovery advice and what to prioritise with nutrition I am in the best shape I’ve ever been at 42. In addition to the gym, I am training for hill climbing challenges and feeling motivated for overall health and wellness for longevity as well as getting fitter and more toned. We have a proper laugh too.

Sophie has been amazing getting me started on my fitness journey! Clear and thorough from the get go with a plan of action and focus, she’s so positive pushing you where you need it and keeping you on track.
