About
Hi! I’m Sophie, a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer. I support clients of all experience levels with tailored, collaborative training to help you progress and get the most out of every session. My background includes 10 years competing internationally as an acrobatic gymnast and later as a cheer athlete, attending two World Championships. These experiences shaped my understanding of strength, mobility, discipline and resilience, all of which inform my coaching.
Over the past four years, I have worked as a Strength and Conditioning coach for athletes ranging from beginners to Olympians across sports such as Modern Pentathlon, Polo, Archery, Rugby, Netball and Swimming, while also helping everyday clients with varying needs build strength, confidence and consistency. I blend practical experience with evidence-based methods to make training accessible, enjoyable and effective for everyone.
I look forward to speaking with you!
