I'm a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition & Weight Management Advisor with a lifelong passion for fitness. This isn’t just my job, it’s my lifestyle. I live the discipline I coach, whether I’m pushing through heavy lifts, powering through sprints, or sharpening up in Muay Thai, both as a practitioner and a coach. I’ve faced setbacks, pushed through barriers, and transformed my own life through movement, mindset, and consistency.

I started with Steve around 4 weeks ago, being type 1 diabetic and struggling with confidence and lack of enthusiasm for the gym I decided I would go with Steve as his whole attitude towards being a personal trainer was brilliant, he never once judged me being type 1 diabetic which I have experienced with a few other PTs, he made sure I knew what my goals were and is never pushy on my workouts he makes it fun and professional and only 4 weeks in he has me hitting my personal bests and is making me feel much more confident in my self aswell as putting his expertise into making my goals more and more achievable every week.
Couldn’t recommend Steve enough as your PT, would just like to thank him and I look forward to carrying on this journey with him.
