The phrase “it’s a marathon, not a sprint” is always thrown around in the fitness industry. Although it’s a very good saying, I don’t believe this to be true at all when it comes to your health and fitness. It’s not a marathon, it’s a lifetime and a lifestyle, a way for you to enhance your life for the better. It’s no good living a long life if these years aren’t quality. Training, healthy habits and nutrition will transform your physique and the quality of your life. It’s my mission to hold you accountable and give you the tools to improve your physique and quality of life through personal training. I developed my passion for fitness young. In high school, I was highly motivated to build muscle due to a lack of body confidence. I know what it feels like to be unsatisfied and unhappy with your physique, I want to help you feel proud of your physique and feel healthy. My services go beyond just the gym floor, I’ll ensure to check up on you via text messages from time to time not only to keep you on track with your goals, but to give you any emotional support needed too. This way I will help you achieve your gym goals on the gym floor as well as help you keep a clear mind to stay focus on achieving those goals. I provide tailored resistance training programs for both hypertrophy and strength. I will also assist you with nutritional and lifestyle guidance to support your goals. My services will go beyond just the gym floor, sending you regular messages via WhatsApp to give you further support. Finally, I will help you break down your big goals into smaller, actionable goals over weeks and days, making them seem more attainable and less intimidating.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Taha as my personal trainer for the past couple of years, and I cannot recommend his services highly enough. When I first started, I had absolutely zero muscle and lacked confidence in my physique. Taha's exceptional coaching and personalized approach have truly transformed my life.

I recently had the incredible opportunity to work with Taha, a phenomenal personal trainer who has truly transformed my fitness journey. From the outset, Taha’s approach was meticulous and personalized, reflecting a deep understanding of both fitness science and individual needs.

I’m this guy’s older brother by two years. Let me tell you something, he changed my actual quality of life for ever. About four years ago I was 48kg and severely malnourished. I would experience occasional faint spells and just lacked any confidence in myself. My brother knew this, and he knew how to get me into training and proper eating without directly referencing these insecurities. So we ended up training together at home for three months with some equipment we bought, and we would always make meals together. He was patient and wise. He knew what to teach first and he would never allow me to use bad form. After that, we began training in the gym. Because of the prior three month home training, I didn’t feel completely lost and intimidated by the gym environment. In no time he turned me into an expert like himself (and yes, he is an expert!). To this day, I’ve been a gym goer six times a week and have a deep understanding of weight management by controlling movement and diet. Now I’m passing on the knowledge and training onto my friends too. I feel extremely confident in my experience and knowledgeable of weight training and weight management, all thanks to Taha.
