I fell in love with fitness because when I was at my absolute lowest it saved my life.

My main focus will always be you and how you feel. I use mindfulness training along side muscle building to help you sculpt a body that you genuinely love, without the complexities. Helping you stay consistent and enjoy your fitness journey.

So if you are ready to transform your body, your mind and your lifestyle, then I am here to help you. Working around busy schedules and your natural hormone cycle can be difficult without support and expertise, that’s what I am here for.

I’ve had 8 sessions with Tanisha. She is very easy going and I enjoyed my sessions. I’m not confident using the gym but she pushed me to try exercises I would never have done on my own. Really knowledgeable and helped me to work on the areas I needed and to start to see results. Would highly recommend her!
