Hello. I’m Tim. A Personal Trainer from Cardiff. I was born and grew up here.

I started personal training in 2018, having discovered a love of health and fitness in my mid-twenties. Since then, I’ve seen the way that prioritising health and wellbeing can be a powerful way to advocate for yourself, and since starting, I’ve had had the pleasure to help other people from all walks of life improve their health and wellbeing, build their confidence, and set themselves on the path toward their goals.

As of 2024 I work with Your Personal Training out of Maindy Centre. I’m also available in Star Hub and Penylan Library and Community Centre. If you have a health or fitness goal, get in touch to chat.

I love Dungeons and Dragons, I play it (or some other tabletop game) every week with my friends.

I contacted Tim to assist me in learning how to use gym equipment effectively and safely.
Changing from a training regime of only dumbbells and cardio equipment, The array of tools available in a commercial gym can be intimidating, not knowing where to start.
Tim made the experience of adapting to a full Gym environment smooth and enjoyable.
He explains and demonstrates how everything works, what muscles are utilised and how to fit everything together. For anyone looking to either start from Zero or just take things a little more seriously, I can recommend Tim.

I highly recommend Tim, he took the time to listen to what my fitness goals were and then delivered a training session around those. He also gave me exercises that I could continue doing at home and instructions on how to use the machines in the gym correctly. I felt very confident in Tim’s knowledge and he was great at giving instructions in a way that were easy to follow. If you are thinking of a PT I would definitely recommend Tim, I am a mature women who hasn’t done much for while but Tim put me at ease and I definitely felt much more confident after my session and ready to work towards becoming a lot fitter than I currently am.

After a period away from exercising, Tim eased all my anxiety and his calm, friendly approach was just what I needed. He is knowledgeable & tailored the session to my needs - looking forward to future sessions!
