My name is Tobi, and I bring a strong background in fitness and athletic performance, including two years competing in basketball at collegiate level in the United States.
Since returning to the UK, I’ve continued to push my own training and development through discipline, consistency, and a genuine passion for fitness. I now use that experience to help clients build strength, improve confidence, and achieve lasting results.
I specialise in plyometrics, strength and conditioning, calisthenics, muscle toning, and performance-based training. Whether you want to get fitter, stronger, leaner, or simply feel better in yourself, I create structured programmes tailored to your goals and ability.

Tobi is absolutely excellent! He went through my fitness and goals and made a workout plan to cater to my needs. During the workout he pushed, motivated, and encouraged me to go as hard as I can. Without this, I may not have made it through the workouts entirety. I thoroughly enjoyed our session and am satisfied by the results. I would recommend Tobi to anyone trying to get in shape and meet specific fitness goals!

As an intermediate gym client [I have been 'working out' for many years], training with Tobi has made a vast and long term improvement to my 'work out' regime.
The knowledge I have gained whilst working with Tobi has enabled me to train more efficiently i.e adopting the correct technique [tempo and posture] when using the resistance machines and free weights.
Each session was tailored to my set goals and this included lower body exercises to rehabilitate a recurring knee pain/unjury. Tobi was able to suggest several leg strengthening and warm up exercises to reduce the likelihood of worsening and further injury in the future.
Every session with Tobi was enjoyable but also challenging and as a result the 'bar' which I have now set for myself is much higher when I train in the gym.

Tobi is a great personal trainer. I’ve had a back injury that causes me some problems with certain exercises, so he shared some that I could do that wouldn’t hurt and would help rebuild my core strength. He’s also super friendly and encouraging, helping me look at my training in a new and more positive light. I’d highly recommend him as a PT to anyone.

I had a great session with Tobi this morning. He targeted all the the issues I was concerned with. He was considerate with my age and ability, and was careful that I should not damage myself, whilst pushing for maximum benefit. I would recommend him as a personal trainer

He couldn't get me on the system as my email was playing up but even without getting the booking or the value from me he still gave me a few pointers showed me on the maths getting in the floor showing me in detail exactly what to do that was a weeks ago already I can see the gain in the area we spoke about just speaks volumes about the man.

I think tobi was very helpful. He took me through the gym and helped me with some basic adjustments which in my opinion are some of the most crucial components to get right. He was friendly and charismatic and I would recommend him for anybody trying to get into going to the gym.
