After a long time out of the gym and becoming very unfit Tom had taken in the challenge to help me build muscle, lose fat and become generally more fit. He is very patient and great at guiding me through each exercise.

Tom has taken on the challenge of helping me get more mobile and I can honestly say he is amazing. He encourages, pushes me and makes me laugh when doing something I have never enjoyed. He has made exercising fun and I cannot recommend him enough.
