After over a year away from the gym, and recovering from rotator cuff surgery, I finally decided it was time to get moving again. I knew I needed a personal trainer who truly understood how to work around injuries and physical limitations. That’s when I found Tom.

From our very first consultation, I had a good feeling about him—and I was right! I’ve been training with Tom for almost two months now, and I’ve already lost 5kg. But even more importantly, I’m feeling stronger, more mobile, and more confident every week.

Tom is incredibly attentive and intuitive. He always checks in with me during every exercise to make sure it’s safe for both my shoulder and joints, and he adjusts things on the spot to suit my progress. His sessions strike the perfect balance between challenging and supportive, and his positive energy makes it all actually fun.
