Hey, I’m Tommy a Personal Trainer based at Glass Mill Leisure Centre.
My passion for health and fitness began in 2017 when I transformed my own lifestyle and saw how powerful – and surprisingly simple – consistent training and healthy habits could be. After achieving results I never thought possible, I realized: if I could do it, so could others. That’s when I decided to turn my journey into a career, helping people cut through the confusion and take control of their health — just like I did.

I’ve been a personal trainer myself for over 10 years, so I’ve seen all kinds of trainers come and go—but every now and then, someone really stands out.Tommy is one of those rare individuals. Even though he’s just starting out professionally, his energy, drive, and genuine passion for helping others is something you can’t teach. He brings an incredible level of knowledge and enthusiasm to every session, and it’s clear he’s in this for all the right reasons.
He’s constantly learning, always bringing something fresh to the table, and truly puts his clients first.
