Hi, I’m Tyler Bentley, a Personal Trainer at Lisnasharragh. At 16, I loved the gym but struggled with my weight and dieting. In late 2023, after a personal loss, and weighing 130kg, I committed to change dropping 40 kg in just 8 months.
I know firsthand that fat loss isn’t just “calories in vs. calories out.” It’s about breaking old habits, building new ones, and having support and accountability along the way.
