I didn’t start out strong or confident in the gym. I was skinny, unsure, and overwhelmed by mixed advice. Through years of consistent training and learning what actually works, I’ve built real muscle and strength, and a clear approach that I now use with my clients.
My coaching is based around hypertrophy and strength training, with a strong focus on good technique, progressive overload, and training that fits around real life. I work with both men and women who want to build muscle, lose fat, tone up, and feel more confident in their bodies.
