I’m a passionate fitness professional with years of hands-on experience in coaching, rehabilitation, and performance training. My journey began in gymnastics coaching, where I developed a strong foundation in movement, strength, and body awareness. Since then, I’ve expanded my expertise through physiotherapy studies and real-world experience helping clients build confidence, improve mobility, and achieve lasting results.

My training philosophy is simple, fitness should empower, not intimidate. I believe in creating structured, progressive programs tailored to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and ability. Whether you’re new to the gym or looking to take your training to the next level, I focus on consistency, education, and sustainable habits that make fitness an enjoyable part of your everyday life.

With a background in rehabilitation and injury prevention, I also ensure clients move safely and effectively, combining science-based methods with motivation and accountability. My goal is to help every client feel stronger, healthier, and more confident both physically and mentally.
