Hi to everyone! I’m Valentyna, known to the community as Val, I’m Ukrainian fitness professional, passionate advocate of movement, and believer in the healing power of sport.
I hold a Master’s degree in Physical Education which gives me a deep scientific understanding of training, biomechanics, physiology and human movement. For over 11 years, I inspired and educated others as a PE and dance teacher, helping children and adults discover their physical potential through sport, rhythm and expressive movement.
In 2022, when war reached my hometown, I made the heartbreaking decision to leave everything behind and move to Cornwall, England, seeking safety and a chance to start a new chapter. Despite the trauma of displacement, I carried one thing with me that could never be taken — my passion for sport and my mission to inspire others.
Determined to continue motivating others, I qualified as a Personal Trainer and a Fitness Instructor in the UK, transforming my own resilience and experience into fuel for my new career.
Recently, I expanded my expertise further, becoming a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Instructor, driven by my desire to support women in one of the most transformative stages of life. Now, I combine my educational foundation, coaching experience, and compassionate approach to help mothers regain strength safely while embracing movement as a source of wellbeing.
My philosophy is simple yet powerful:

I believe fitness is more than physical transformation — it is a tool for mental healing, emotional balance, self-confidence, community connection, rebuilding self-trust, reducing stress and anxiety, unlocking emotional strength, bringing joy and energy into everyday life.
I'm passionate about helping people find their own version of healthy — without pressure, comparison or unrealistic standards. For me, coaching is not just a job, it is a calling.
My mission is to motivate people of all ages and backgrounds to become more confident, healthier, and happier, helping them build sustainable habits while feeling supported every step of the way and growing stronger from the inside out.
With a teacher’s heart and an athlete’s mindset, I bring energy, compassion, and dedication to every training session, creating a safe and encouraging environment where everyone can progress at their own pace.
Through my work, I continue doing what I have always done best — inspiring others to rise, rebuild, and discover their strength.
