I am an enthusiastic Strength & Conditioning coach/Personal Trainer with relevant B.Sc. Sport & Exercise Science degree and Master of Science in Strength & Conditioning from Liverpool John Moores University, regarded as one of world-leading sport & exercise science institutes.
Being an applied practitioner working with professional athletes and general public on 1-2-1 and group sessions, as well as my background as semi-professional athlete, allowed me to further enhance my understanding of both sides of the physical development spectrum to help people from all fitness levels to achieve their goals, by providing individual science-based training programs, nutritional and wellness guidance aiming to improve performance and quality of life.

Vinny is an excellent personal trainer in every way . He has a highly professional approach to working with his clients and plans programmes that are perfectly matched to the capabilities , age and changing motivations of his client . Vinny has the ability to communicate and listen very sensitively and has a rare quality of being able to read body language so can tell if you are having a dip in confidence . I am a 73 year old lady who has worked every week with Vinny over the last 2 years and he has been inspirational and encouraging every single week . Vinny is very caring and interested in my life and has a gentle sense of humour which always cheers me up especially if I’m having a bad day . Vinny clearly has a detailed knowledge and understanding of sport science and the physiology involved in all aspects of the training programme and can explain everything he plans in the programme in a way that’s clear and simple . My life has been changed totally since starting training with Vinny . I am more confident , feel stronger and have more energy . He is a breath of fresh air in the gym and has good relationships with his colleagues which makes for a happy atmosphere in the gym when you are training . Working with Vinny has been brilliant. I came to him wanting to get stronger, fix a nagging shoulder, and finally get confident with big lifts like deadlifts and RDLs in the squat rack.
He delivered on everything. My shoulder feels brand new, and through a careful, progressive build-up, I’m now stronger than I’ve ever been. He also introduced a huge variety of dynamic movements I'd never have thought of and pushed me to a training volume I never realised was possible. Recommended! ✅💪

Training with Vicente is the best idea I've ever had. He knows what he's talking about and helps you with any problem you may have. He's versatile in his workouts, depending on your needs.
I've been with him since November. We did three months of weekly sessions, and now he reviews my routines periodically. Since I've been training, I sleep better and feel better.

He uses all the latest technologies to review my health so that I can understand the progress I am making. He makes the sessions very enjoyable and makes sure that the training is not too easy or difficult.

I have been training with Vicente now since I had my induction when I joined Brooklands Health Club in the Autumn. When I first met Vicente I knew that I wanted to work with him. Before now, I have always gone to the gym but never spotted any personal trainers who I thought I would want to train with. The sessions have been going well, they are hard but enjoyable at the same time. Vicente is very patient as a trainer and he is friendly and very easy to get along with. I had a medical complaint which set me back a bit, and Vicente coached me back to a healthy position to pick up where I had previously left off. Over the months I have lost weight, and feel much fitter and stronger than I did before.
