Hey, I'm Vicki Lees, a Personal Trainer at YOUR Personal Training inside Heywood Sports Village, and I'm absolutely buzzing to help you discover what your body is truly capable of! My fitness journey kicked off in 2018 when I experienced that incredible moment of feeling confident and empowered to lift weights – and honestly, it changed everything for me. That rush of strength and self-belief inspired me to become a PT so I could share this transformational experience with others.

I'm here to tell you that weight training isn't intimidating – it's empowering! Whether you've never touched a dumbbell before or you're ready to take your training to the next level, I'll be right there beside you, cheering you on and ensuring you feel confident every step of the way.

I had my first pt session with Vicki today, I’ll be honest I was really nervous, having not really used any gym equipment before, or really been much of a gym goer.

Vicki took the time to get to know what I wanted to work on and what my goals were. Vicki showed me a range of exercises and equipment to use. She also told me how my reps I should be doing of each . I didn’t feel rushed and she took the time to answers any questions for me. Vicki also taught me a lot in our session on which exercise are good for different muscles which I found really interesting and left the session feeling a lot more confident in exercising.

I found Vicki to be well informed and feel very fortunate to have someone with her skill set train me and helping me reach my weight loss goal. I can not recommend Vicki enough!
