With over 5 years experience as a Personal Trainer, I possess the knowledge, skills and ability to push you beyond your highest personal goals!

Even from a young age fitness has been my life's passion. I, personally, enjoy a variety of disciplines within the fitness arena, including; Functional training, HIIT training, Cardiovascular Training, Strength Training, kickboxing, Bodybuilding and many more.

My current and previous clients have included people from all walks of life. From fitness novice to professional athlete, you will feel confident in our work together and have the results to show it.

As well as being a fully trained nutritionist, I work heavily with Biomechanics Coaching, integrating this into all the aspects of our training. This is an absolute necessity for the prevention of injury, helping to recover from previous injury as well as posture and dysfunction of the body. My services to you will always be educational as well as fun!

I believe that it is vital to stay educated in the health and fitness world, regularly attending cutting edge courses in order to offer the most recent and up to date techniques to all my clients.

I've been training with Viktor for the past 6 months and I can't recommend him enough. The improvements not only in my physique but in my performance, strength and energy are very much noticeable. I never had a personal trainer before and I was quite confident that I am doing the right work out in the gym. After my first session with Viktor I could feel every single muscle in my body, then I realised that I was not doing everything right in the gym. :)) What I liked is that he's doing the biomechanics sessions before starting a workout plan, so you can see your weak and strong points in your body and work on it. I have good results, I look and I feel better. I recommend Viktor because he is profesional but also fun and pushes you to do the workout you never tought you would be able to do before, making you feel great and proud of yourself at the end of the session. I have been training with Viktor for just under 4 months and I am really enjoying it!
We started off my programme with a biometrics assessment, which really helped me understand my body and what areas I really need to focus on mobilising.
Viktor is really friendly and we have good fun during our sessions, but he also pushes me to increase my strength. He also tailors my programmes to take into account my hypermobility, to make sure everything I am doing is safe and controlled, which I really appreciate, and puts me at ease when training by myself as I know what to pay attention to.
I really enjoy our sessions, and have seen amazing progress in my strength already. Thank you Viktor!
