Before becoming a personal trainer, I spent over 15 years working in leadership, growth and startup businesses. I understand the challenges of balancing work, family, stress and personal wellbeing, and I bring that experience into my coaching. Having experienced the pressures of modern life firsthand, I know that consistency and accountability often matter more than perfection.

Loved training with Vish over the past few weeks. He makes every session enjoyable while still pushing you to get the most out of yourself.
