Hi, I’m Will, a Personal Trainer based in Loughborough.

Passionate about self-improvement and helping others reach their potential, I specialise in building strength, confidence, and sustainable fitness habits. My goal is to help clients not only achieve their short-term goals but also develop the knowledge and discipline to maintain long-term progress.

With a background in combat sports, including a black belt in Judo and a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I bring a strong focus on technique, discipline, and resilience into every training session. I work with clients of all abilities and fitness levels, supporting a wide range of goals including fat loss, muscle building, strength development, improved conditioning, and overall health.

Every programme is tailored to the individual. Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time, returning after a break, or looking to push your training further, sessions are designed to be structured, supportive, and challenging in the right way.

I believe effective training is about consistency, accountability, and building strong foundations. I help clients achieve real results and build confidence both inside and outside the gym.

To be honest, I thought it was going to be a regular session—but I was very wrong.

Will listened carefully to my goals. I train in judo and have recently come back from injury, so the session was tailored specifically to that. It focused on explosiveness, compound exercises, and adaptations of some popular kettlebell movements.

On top of that, he also pushed the motivational side, especially during the rowing work.

I have had a couple of sessions with Will. He is an encouraging, motivational personal trainer who is knowledgeable and experienced. He is constructive in points where work needs to be done and is able to create a routine that suites your needs. I would recommend Will to anyone from complete beginners and up to those looking to improve pre-existing routines alongside what they already train (i.e. combat sports)

Having never set foot in a gym before, I was quite apprehensive, but it was a great experience. Will, my PT, was really friendly and put me at ease. He demonstrated everything and explained the benefits before talking me through how to do each movement. He was extremely motivating and i'm looking forward to my next session.

I’ve been doing 1-to-1 fitness sessions with Will and it’s been a great experience. He’s very knowledgeable and really takes the time to understand your goals and push you to improve.

The sessions are always challenging but well structured, and he makes sure your technique is correct so you get the most out of every exercise. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my fitness, strength, and overall conditioning since training with him.

Will is also very motivating and supportive, which makes it easier to stay consistent and keep progressing. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their fitness or take their training to the next level. 💪
