Will is honestly such a great PT! He’s super motivating without being pushy, and actually listens to what you want to achieve instead of forcing random workouts. I’ve seen real progress since training with him — both in strength and confidence. Couldn’t recommend him more!

The reception staff were really helpful, I think they were called Amber and Owen and they were BRILLIANT. I’ve been independent when it comes to my workouts for 7+ years, and despite this, Will managed to improve every single aspect within 30 minutes. Not only did he teach me I can lift more than I currently am, he’s pushed me to complete new PR’s I didn’t think were possible. I lifted more in one session with Will than I did in 7 years.

There is no “That’s wrong, don’t do that!”. Instead you get a “That was good, but let’s try it this way instead!”

I’ve been training online with Will for the past 3 months, and the progress I’ve made has been incredible. I’ve just completed 8 training sessions with Will and I already feel stronger and see the difference in my body. Will is an amazing coach who knows how to get the best results. He’s really good in pushing you to your limits and beyond, and his cheerful attitude and outgoing personality really supports the process.
As it comes to personal training, it’s been a little bit of hit and miss for me in the past, and I honestly think that Will is the best trainer I’ve had so far. He really listens but doesn’t give in to any excuses. What has been extremely important to me is that he took my injuries into consideration and has designed my training program accordingly, but in such a manner that I’m not missing out on anything.

I’ve been training with Will for the past year and the progress has been incredible. Through his programming, combining running with weight training, my fitness has gone to another level. I had the pleasure of working with Will, after a recommendation from my friend. The results have been fantastic. He helped me correct my form on leg press and squats, teaching me how to prevent my knees from caving in and move with much better control. Will also guided me through exercises to increase my hip mobility, which has made a huge difference in my range of motion on the adductor machine. On top of that, he worked with me to reduce the tightness I’d been feeling in my upper traps and neck, which is something that had been bothering me for ages. I've been having sessions with Will for some time now, and have noticed significant improvement across the board in the exercises I do.
Will has helped me create specific workout routines in line with my requirements (knee recovery, plyometrics etc), which has allowed me to advance greatly. I have just completed my first 4 sessions with Will to help specifically with my lower back pain.

So far so good, I can already feel the benefits. I have noticeably less pain day to day and in the morning.

Will has showed me ways to strengthen my spine and to also improve its flexibility. I had never had thought to do this with weights previously. But his reasoning made perfect sense… If you do not get any stronger, you’re going nowhere.

If you suffer from Lower Back pain I would recommend Will as your PT.

Over the past 9 months, working with Will has been a truly transformative experience. Both physically and mentally. WARNING: Do NOT train with this person unless you’re fully prepared to have your entire existence flipped upside down. I came to this trainer hoping for a chill, easy as you go-effort fitness journey where I could lose some weight and tone up a little and maybe still crush a pizza on the weekends. Instead? My life is now relentless progress.

My arms? Toning up. My legs? Thicker than a snickers bar. I used to avoid mirrors—now I’m noticing my figure in every reflective surface I pass, including spoons!

This trainer had the audacity to hold me accountable, push me past my limits, and—brace yourself—believe in me… The nerve. I’m lifting heavier, moving easier, and somehow feeling better about myself.

Even worse? My mental health improved. I sleep better, smile more, and actually like who I see in the mirror. Frankly, it’s disgusting. I used to be exhausted by 3pm—now I’ve got the stamina of a gazelle thats chugged pre-workout.

If you’re looking for someone to coddle you, let you skip leg day, and whisper sweet nothings like “take it easy today”—look elsewhere. This trainer will challenge you, inspire you, and drag your inner beast out kicking and screaming (and then squatting).

In short: zero stars for ruining my excuses. Five stars for ruining my limits. Book at your own risk—you might accidentally become the best version of yourself…

(In all honesty, Will has actually changed my life and my relationship with fitness and health from many years of being morbidly obese and failed gym memberships to discovering new levels of strength, stamina and a healthier body - you really couldn’t ask for a better trainer. Fantastic guy , great sense of humour, always there to talk to (and annoy with questions); insanely knowledgeable and the best part - his fluffy hair!)
