It’s no exaggeration to say the gym saved my life! When your confidence is at your lowest, and when you feel like your days have no structure or routine, I strongly believe following a workout and nutrition program and getting into shape is the first step to get back on track.
I started out running and playing football as a teenager before moving over to weights in the gym. I fell in love with it! Over the past two / three years I have developed a passion for bodybuilding and nutrition which has taken my health and confidence to a whole new level.
Now I want to do the same for you!
What sets me apart:
Learning the scientific principles of muscle building and nutrition is something I geek out on. I want to use my knowledge to transform people into their dream body and health, in a way that will make them enjoy working out and their diet.
I do this to improve peoples mental health, as well as their physical health.

Over the past 9 months, working with Will has been a truly transformative experience. Both physically and mentally. When I first started, I had clear goals in mind, but I wasn’t entirely sure how to get there. Thanks to his guidance, expertise, and motivation, I’ve made more progress than I ever thought possible.
Each session was thoughtfully planned, challenging, and tailored to my personal needs and fitness level. We didn’t just focus on workouts, Will also helped me build healthier habits, improve my nutrition, and stay consistent even when life got busy.
What really stands out is their attention to form, injury prevention, and progress tracking. I always felt supported, encouraged, and pushed just the right amount.
Looking back, I’m stronger and more confident. I’ve seen measurable improvements.

My main goal with Will was to improve my form with my exercises. In particular my Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift.
He noticed me struggling in the gym and kindly pointed out a few things I can do to improve. Later on I decided to give him a try as My Personal Trainer, and since then things have only gotten better.

Will is very approachable and always makes me feel comfortable during our sessions together.
He pushes me to be better, but in a supportive and motivational manner.
I had a hip replacement end of last year and thanks to Will I can now walk around day to day, without discomfort and can complete a squat.

Will is an excellent trainer, with lots of knowledge and experience. I really appreciate his willingness to explain why he suggests I train with his methods. It has helped me develop a better understanding of how I should approach things.
I have gained a noticeable amount of muscle in the past 4 months and have lost 13lbs along the way. Can’t wait to take things further!

WARNING: Do NOT train with this person unless you’re fully prepared to have your entire existence flipped upside down. I came to this trainer hoping for a chill, easy as you go-effort fitness journey where I could lose some weight and tone up a little and maybe still crush a pizza on the weekends. Instead? My life is now relentless progress.
My arms? Toning up. My legs? Thicker than a snickers bar. I used to avoid mirrors—now I’m noticing my figure in every reflective surface I pass, including spoons!
This trainer had the audacity to hold me accountable, push me past my limits, and—brace yourself—believe in me… The nerve. I’m lifting heavier, moving easier, and somehow feeling better about myself.
Even worse? My mental health improved. I sleep better, smile more, and actually like who I see in the mirror. Frankly, it’s disgusting. I used to be exhausted by 3pm—now I’ve got the stamina of a gazelle thats chugged pre-workout.
If you’re looking for someone to coddle you, let you skip leg day, and whisper sweet nothings like “take it easy today”—look elsewhere. This trainer will challenge you, inspire you, and drag your inner beast out kicking and screaming (and then squatting).
In short: zero stars for ruining my excuses. Five stars for ruining my limits. Book at your own risk—you might accidentally become the best version of yourself…
(In all honesty, Will has actually changed my life and my relationship with fitness and health from many years of being morbidly obese and failed gym memberships to discovering new levels of strength, stamina and a healthier body - you really couldn’t ask for a better trainer. Fantastic guy , great sense of humour, always there to talk to (and annoy with questions); insanely knowledgeable and the best part - his fluffy hair!)

Will has been training me for 7 weeks now - I’ve lost 10lbs so far and made some incredible strength gains. Will is very passionate about fitness and was keen to get the best out of me from our very first session.
